Lamb Bhuna for me, with a cheese nann bread. Mmmmmmmmmmm 
Not fussed on curries so I might go for some CHEESE.......NOT!
It's right on my doorstep so can't move for people, traffic, closed roads... and then there's all the noise that accompanies it.
I don't normally mind, but last years £4.50 for a plain burger has changed my tune.

If not used to making them a Thai is a good one to start with.
Garlic, green and red peppers some galamgal and lemon grass coconut milk and your choice of meat and done in 30 mins.

I used to live in Bournville which was a 10 minute walk to Stirchley for me. "Where’s that?" I hear you say. It’s the Balti capital of the world. Just when you think the area is saturated with these restaurants another one opens up. Off the top of my head there are about a dozen or more all within a stone’s throw. I know cuz I’ve tried it and sure enough I’ve managed to break many of their windows.
I think I fancy some chicken legs tonight, my human ones are useless. Did you know scientists have managed to genetically modify a batch of chickens which each have four legs.
“What do they taste like?”
They don’t know, they haven’t been able to catch one yet.
A brown bear went into a bar and says “I’ll have a packet of.............
............................... crisps”.
And the barman says, what’s with the long paws?

My brother went to Brum Poly in the early 90s, the best thing about visiting him was a Balti at the Perry Bar Balti House. Tackiest place ever, Formica tables, bring your own booze, and only the ancient telly in the corner for entertainment. I think it was chicken balti, rice and chips to go in the balti for about 3 quid. This usually soaked up the booze from a student party at his place on Hagley Road. A balti was a novelty in those days, as it seemed to be a local Brummie thing, which wasn't available in Bristol.
It's his birthday on Sunday, so it will be a curry at the local Indian in Bristol, on me. More than 3 quid each though.

Yes, how times move on although I have to say I think relatively speaking my wages verses the cost of a curry at a restaurant has gotten better so maybe I'm not suffering from "these times suck" syndrome...It's his birthday on Sunday, so it will be a curry at the local Indian in Bristol, on me. More than 3 quid each though.
I had a curry in Bristol the once and when I was sat down at a table I saw a lump of plastercine on a plate in front of me.
I didn't know what to make of it...
Anyone got some good ‘waiter waiter’ jokes? I need cheering up, which isn’t easy after I just looked in a mirror. I’m so ugly, when I was born the midwife slapped my mum.
So for two points, a crocodile goes into a bar and says to the barman “make me a sandwich and make it” what for two points?
I know what you’re thinking, what does two points get me?
Good question and it very much depends on your gender. It’s usually a night out with me and a good snog; I haven’t thought of anything yet for the girls.

Beef Madras for me tomorrow night wahed down with a few pints of Cobra. My local Indian actually does a smashing pint of Cobra, which is not something many indian restaurants seem capable of doing.
