i don't reply to emails from any company, unless i've emailed them first...
especially the banks. After all if they want to contact me, they should use some of their profits and buy a f**king stamp !!!

And they would. Banks don't correspond with email, apart from, possibly, marketing junk, and regular statements if it is an online account.
