vodaphone or orange for my new iphone

any where i can look for advice to decide what is best, getting an iphone and orange and vodaphone are doing them free on £46 pm contract, so need to decide what supplier to use, any preferences or problems or are there any service issues depending on where in the country you are, Im near Glasgow

my mate has his tv package with virgin, and has 4 mobiles off them for himself, missus and two teenage children. saves a lot of money.
i dont know if virgin offer an i phone or for how much but for £46 a month i would have a look around
if this is way off any help kirk ,sorry but i have had a couple

First off I think you're mad to buy an iPhone but each to ones own I suppose. I think the first port of call would be to check the respective 'coverage' of each network in your area. Pointless getting the latest phone on a network that is poor in your area.

i have virgin telly, internet and 2 mobiles as well, but they dont do the iphone

cheers for this, both have excellant coverage
so technically no help in deciding, so next question, why not iphone? and if not when what should i buy
 
The eldest daughter has an I thing and the youngest has a Blackberry both on orange and both swear by them,so it's pay your money and take your choice.
