Also, if your cat does develop the running trots, make sure that you've trained it to visit other local gardens with their pungent droppings, especially during the bedding-plant planting season in the spring

Shoot the poxy thing - same as the cat 'lovers' Come on here and give us a sensible answer why any sane person should keep a cat?

Behave Canty - dogs can be taken for a walk. They also protect your house. Cats crap everywhere and are as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike.
No the best dog owners i like watching are the ones who let their dog take them for a walk.

So going for a walk with a dog is a reason to keep one? You could carry a fish bowl on this hypothetical walk without having the goldfish dump somewhere. You could also throw the bowl at a would-be burglar. So not sure why you need a smelly, drooling, idiotic mutt in your life.
