Three times in that other thread you've expressed a wish that GD be shut down. Why is that? Is it because you lack the debating skills to make your point effectively? Or because you feel that people with different opinions to yours shouldn't be able to air them publically?

Iwould like to defend our freind from north of the boarder, if he thinks this site sucks then let him stand on his soap box & voice his opinion, as we are entitled to our opinion, mine is that jock lives in a very grey city in a very bleak part of the country hence he's hacked off so comes on here to winge & wine. I would like to add, you are not the only ones to get "dreak" weather, my recycling bin had blown across my drive this morning

Sorry i couldn't resist it, my father got posted up there 1960/66 i was the only sasonach in the school then out to Singapore for 3yrs then back to Ayrshire, that was when i enlisted in the RAF to get away from there

I braved the weather this morning to put all my rubbish out, including the cardboard and the food waste only to discover that I was a day early.

There's nothing like recycling day for showing the whole world that you're an alcy.

Some of my neighbours When number 47's goes out, the world price for recycled glass plummets.
