Hello, not sure where this post should go so sorry in advance to the admin's

I am selling my house but not I have not included our garage as part of the sale, I will be looking at selling the garage further down the line but I haven't got a clue how much I could ask for it,

The garage is single

Old but weather proof

Large, easy big enough for storage and a car with room to open the doors

I own the garage but not the land

The garage is across the back streets behind my current house

The council garages close by cost £12 per week to rent

as long as you reilise you may not be able to sell the garage separately without great expense
as in you may need to separate at great cost the garage from house on the deeds land registry etc etc
do you have separate deeds for the garage

I dont hold the deeds for the garage, I bought it from a chap who sadly passed away, the garage is not on the house paperwork

As a very approximate finger-in-the-air guide, my neighbours sold a detached garage in a block about 5 years ago. The deal was they got £2000 cash in their pockets and the buyer took care of everything.
