I've just heard a whisper of the new bridge planned for the mersey. When it's built it will be a toll bridge. As will the existing one after refurbishment I believe.
I know the Severn bridge is a toll bridge, what about the Humber, is that?
Is it only London that has toll free large bridges, if so why?
