I think you can probably discount the possibility that any significant proportion of 'recipients' would ever answer many of the questions, which they will assume to be essentially rhetorical.

They are not rhetorical, and I will not post them as if they are because of the failings of others.

Though if he's pulled the cut-out fuse and is measuring from the cut-out he will find continuity from Live to Neutral! It all depends on the definition of "main incomer" Of course we do know that he shouldn't be messing with the cut-out

As has been suggested, I strongly suspect that the OP has got the terminology all wrong - and pretty clearly is well out of his/her depth.

Debatable. They are posted to make a point (a point with which I don't disagree, certainly on this occasion), and are most unlikely to get answers. I personally would call that rhetorical.
