I would like a system implemented, whereby if you hate the police, you can opt out from paying for them.

Therefore expect f*ck all help when in dire need.
Your name will be looked up when the call comes in. If you opted out.... you get f*ck all.

If you hate the Police, live in a comfortable fluffy bubble, and opt out, then f*ck ya.

When your house is full of robbing f*ckers, and your family are threatened and raped, Don't bother phoning.
