Like I said the police officer in the video who disarmed the idiot has a lot more experience of Texas, and people bearing guns in Texas than you will ever have. He stated very clearly that he felt threatened, but of course you know better from the safety of your chair behind your computer screen.

The man was very reasonable and righteously affronted when confronted by armed police officers, how do you know he isn't some nut job who was actually planning to walk into the next town and start spraying until the police intervened. Short answer, you don't.
