Hello there

looking for some help guys. I want to fit a outside water tap for washing the car but have no idea how to go about it, I have fitted one before in copper but my new house as plastic pipes and fittings this is why I have no idea how to do it.

I took a few pictures for you's all to see the pipes and fittings

Thanks
Tony

For good tips Tony, have a look at the JG Speedfit website - this tells you all, but you'll need the genuine Hep inserts for the pipe you have.
After that, its a tee piece as usual and cut (with an appropriate pipe slice) into a straight run of the plastic pipe..
Personally I use a brass compression tee, copper olives and the correct plastic pipe insert....I don't like those huge plastic tees.
John :)
