The Natural Slate Company Fesco Grey slates

Has anybody used these?
They're reasonable and the website includes the following:
EN12326-1:2004 Results T1 S1 A1 75 Year Guarantee Non-fading
Their website suggests that they're also recommended by Potton, a reputable self-build company.
They're a chinese slate I think.
So they look like a good buy.
Any thoughts?

We fit a lot of slates and I have never seen or heard of a decent Chineese one.

Yep, and a smartarse Architect who insisted on them because they resembled Welsh

And were priced accordingly.

Thats what was on there, along with a grade 2 listing, and a smart arsed architect who refused to be educated.
