none of the popular acronym sites list it. if you have multiple quotes with it on, they might have been prepared by the same person!

No it's the same builder for complete new build so I can pick and choose which work I can do to keep the cost down

For the record, I've never heard of it either. It was just my guess. Which I suppose means it might not be right - although I can't think what else it could be.
