Ok the hob is 6.2 kw, the cable is 6mm,the new appliance is a oven and grill to be hardwired the oven is 0.79kw and the grill 0.99kw , as for the breaker size in the fuse box they all say 230/400v

They also say B6, B16, B32, B40.....

Yes they go from b16 up to b40

2) What rating (kW) is the oven?
3)What size breaker is in the fuse board?

Lets look at it another way.

If the MCB controlling the cooker circuit is 32A or 40A AND if the cable is 6mm² then you can connect both the oven and hob to this circuit.

Indeed - and, for all practical purposes, that would remain true for any combination of domestic oven and hob.

It's a double oven, and will need to be wired to a connection plate. A 13A plug is not suitable.
The 32A circuit is suitable for both oven and hob.
