New World Eye Level Grill Won't Stay Alight!

Hi all, pretty much as in the title.
I have a New World 55THLG Gas Cooker and it's around 4 years old.
The problem started this morning.
I turn the control, light the gas, hold the control for a few second and then release. Unfortunately, when I now release the control, the grill goes out and I have no grilled bacon!!
The oven and the hobs all work fine.
Any thoughts please?

Without actually seeing it and having no info to hand - thermocouple on the grill is faulty.

Are they easily obtainable and are they easy to fit?

Yeh,

A google search with your cooker model should show them up.
Easy to change like for like.
