Hi there can someone tell me the minimum size you can get roof joist and beams, also what is the height a flat roof adds to a outbuilding minimum size please. Thanks

75mm minimum - but whether this spans your required width is unknown

A flat roof could add no height to an out building, it depends on the design. Or it adds the depth of the joists and thickness of the deck

Your questions do not make any sense.

Structural timber sizes are relevant to the distance they are spanning.

The bigger the span the greater the size of timber section required.

Once spans become unfeasibly large then you would start looking at steel, glu-lam, easi-joist etc.
