You need to abandon those chopped up vehicles of yours more thoughtfully in future. Have you got one of those front yards full or wrecked vehicles on pegs?

what complaints ??? doubt if many pursue it as they all lost the will to live & gave up ;)

Typical ploy used by such org's , over complicate the procedure , complainer walks away , then that orgs public stats look good ;).

Private parking firms now routinely use number plate recognition at entrance and car park exits.

Any car they deem to have gone over the time limit, they pay the DVLA for RK info.

Then a 'Parking charge notice' is sent.

Although not a scam as such, the letter is made to appear as though it is a Penalty charge notice and that is the underhand part, which can only happen because the DVLA are happy to send rk info out as it yields lots of revenue for them. That means the DVLA is complicit in misrepresentation of a document that is an invoice not a penalty.

Listen u way har bee

"There is still no news from Smithski" no point keep going on about it , as soon as I know I will tell you

Exceeded our efficiency target of 14%, achieving an 18% reduction, equating to around £45 million cost savings. Revenues paid over to HM Treasury increased by 23%, contributing £201.6m to the Exchequer. Our net income for the year represents 20% of total income, a significant improvement on the 10% reported last year.

So you consider an efficiency target of 14% good then Noesall. I suspect we're looking at different figures.
