Of course they would, the laws of physics and motion would be in a different state of flux, and gravity would apply in a circular plane, so the GPS satellites would be working in a flat plane, an equidistance above the earth.

Don't you understand anything SS. Just come back if there's any else out of the ordinary that you need answered. I'm sure I'll be able to think up an abstract answer.
 
They would have to re-name it though, it couldn't be GPS now, could it?!
 
Everyone knows it's really called PPS (planar positioning system ) and only requires 3 satellites. The rest is all lies.
