Bodd suggests we recruit teachers from abroad.

Why are we not recruiting Trained educated teachers from abroad. Our education system is less supirior to many country's who have teachers on far less of a wage and benefits.

I show him a government policy that demonstrates that the government is doing the very opposite, by deporting qualified teachers that are already here and legally have the right to remain permanently:
