When were these 2 removed from requirements?
Several years ago we had a spate of incidents and police started checking speeds and crossing red lights at known problem areas. Most prosecutions went under care and attention style charges.
Exchanging details where damage has occurred is most certainly required.

Ban speeding motorists,forever,,and boy racers,and tail gaters,,and dickhead phone users, and asholes who throw objects at bikers,and throw rubbish out of moving vehicles,solve more problems.Thats half the vehicle drivers banned,, SORTED..banning a few cyclists,,,,,toshBan push bikes off the public highway
