With you being ahead of the curve an all, can you advise us how to avoid paying income tax on 75%
of the pot that you are cashing in?
Or will you be looking for a pot to **** in as well?![]()

The remainiacs do not give a monkies about anything except thinking they are superior. All this talk about Nissan
Cars with dirty polluting
Diesel engines are not going to be manufactured in the UK
We are told that they cause the premature death of 40,000 people a year ??
What price the environment hmmm
7000 people end up on the scrap heap they can console themselves with the dnviromental good there job loss have caused
UK and EU emission regs
Mayor of London should be happy with the result in Sunderland
One can only assume that the remoaners on here do not care about the environment and 40,000 premature deaths
Shame on them I say![]()
Do you ever read what you post?Wrong again.
Did you even read what I posted?
https://www.instituteforgovernment.org.uk/explainers/eu-divorce-bill
"If negotiations broke down later this year, and the UK refused to pay, the EU might seek redress through the International Court of Justice or the Permanent Court of Arbitration, both located in The Hague. The result of such a court case would be hard to predict."
So I reiterate there is no obligation on us to pay - we could refuse to pay then as I pointed out before it would become a murky legal issue which the Government itself understands.
When will Brexiteers get basic points of fact correct for once.
Not if (as you claim) the Germans are running it.The EU can if they wish try to sue the UK but that would take years and by that time the EU will probably have collapsed.
These remainers hate their own country so much they would rather see £39billion of taxpayers money sent to Europe to build roads in Romania and fund the pensions of Greeks so that they can retire early while British roads are full of potholes and workers have to work longer than ever to pay for it all.The remainiacs do not give a monkies about anything except thinking they are superior.
Liar.Your source is a .. website that poses as an official Government website to mislead people into thinking that they are getting an impartial opinion.

Your source is a remainer funded website that poses as an official Government website to mislead people into thinking that they are getting an impartial opinion.
At least you admit the the Government is under no obligation to pay the EU a penny.
Any payment to the EU is by mutual agreement of the EU and the UK.
To use your analogy of a credit card agreement ,the terms and conditions of any financial agreement only become legally binding when both parties sign on the dotted line.
As you know the terms and conditions to this agreement have not even been agreed to yet.
The EU can if they wish try to sue the UK but that would take years and by that time the EU will probably have collapsed.
The issue is whether it is legally enforceable to pay it- then it becomes a question of jurisdiction.
So I reiterate there is no obligation on us to pay

Your need help with comprehension. It seems your MO and many on here when your flawed argument crumbles you bark on about points that have already been made trying to reword them. You were wrong originally and continue to be so.
Here is a summary of the report that covers the so called Brexit bill.

It is quite simple, if the EU wants any money from the UK then something will be required in return.Your need help with comprehension. Eh? I never inferred such thing. My original reply was to nosall who claimed that the UK was obliged to pay the EU £39billion in the event of a no deal.
In response to...…If, lol. Vinty is pinning his hopes on a no-deal in the desperate hope it will close down our commitment liabilities and make the UK rich!
FFS you could not make it up. We would pay it in instalments in any case.
If the Government saves £39 billion in a no deal scenario then they can create a lot more jobs than Nissan ever will.
