White sealant along non tiled kitchen walls

The white sealant is neat along the plasterboard walls, I've noticed a 2 to 3 mm kind of line mark along the top of the sealant, like as if there's been a further clear sealant along the top of the white sealant, nothing can be felt apart from the white sealant, what could this be?

Is it due to when the initial white sealant was applied, any ideas?

At first I thought it was a shadow but it ain't.

It will be smear of white sealant , when very thin is transparent .
Yeah could be, is that normal though as I thought that the white sealant would be enough?
