Eurozone in trouble.

The mere mention of Brexit creates uncertainty, amongst other things, yes. The mention of Brexit, or even worse, no deal Brexit, has speculators running for the hills.

If you want the pound to fall just mention the words...Brexit - Boris - No-deal - Leave the EU - all in the same sentence.(y)

You were told by some very respected economists, shortly after the referendum, that if the UK leaves the Eurozone then the Eurozone itself is finished.

You can choose what you believe. Whether that is the fact that I have just pointed out, or if it's the nonsense that is currently being bandied about by your media of choice.

I find it very strange that this forum cannot produce at least one original thinker, everything seems to be a mish mash regurgitation of what the press is currently feeding.

Vinty votes to leave the EU.
Then when the pound tanks because of his vote he blames it on the EU.
Can Vinty show me where other EU countries are using the UK membership fee to pay peoples pensions?
(Obv not including EU parliament workers, since thats no diff to UK)

Completely wrong.
Educate yourself

Single market access is worth many times more than membership fee

You need to stop your bias from preventing you from absorbing knowledge, instead you keep repeating the same untrue rhetoric.
Most of the EUs member states don't pay a penny for access to the single market, so why should the UK.
You should educate yourself , do you know the difference between net contributor and net beneficiary.
The UK pays billions to the EU every year and then the EU gives that money to other EU states in order to invest in infrastructure projects and the like.
The Polish economy is booming due to billions coming in from the EU in the form of subsidies , that is why the Polish government can afford to reduce their workers retirement age while countries like the UK are raising the retirement age because they can no longer afford not to.

Could be because this is just a diy forum for tradesmen and keen diyers and not a political think tank frequented by high-ranking academics. Thank God we have you on here though.

Yes, a strange thing to say.

Probably the politicians and financiers are not too good at plumbing or electrics.

Good lad. Deny, deny, deny. All you need do is tap your ruby slippers together three times and repeat "There's no harm in Brexit..."

Haha

DP in drag, that could top the madness of Brexit.

Why do you think?

Are you really that stupid

You should educate yourself , do you know the difference between net contributor and net beneficiary
No need to get angry at me because you have backed a con.

The Polish economy is booming due to billions coming in from the EU in the form of subsidies
What happens to countries that have good economic growth?

They start to make money and can pay more into the EU.
RofI if a good example

while countries like the UK are raising the retirement age because they can no longer afford not to
That is due to austerity.

The UK makes many times more moneynout of the EU than it puts in.

Have you got any actual arguments against the EU that are a bit more difficult to debunk, these ones are too easy.

Technically the human brain is not capable of original thought. We are the combination of our experience and the myelin coated connections in our neural pathways which help us make decisions.

The more we do something or think about something one way the more stuck we are in our thinking. As the brain helpfully coats the pathway in conductor.
