Fortunately for Churchill, if Germany had won the war, Churchill would be seen as the murderous villain.
His discriminatory actions, and his racist comments guarantee that he would be a social pariah.
He is seen in that light by many post colonial, post Empire people.

When you think about it, his only redeeming feature was to lead the UK, alongside USA, to victory in WW2.

Losses on the Western Front were about one-tenth those on the Eastern front. You may think that Britain and US defeated Germany. You are wrong.

That the USA won it is another of their fictions. It did make them a rather rich country but as you say John the Russians once geared up threw far more at him than he could possibly cope with.

The real thing that won the war was the battle of Britain and outproducing Germany especially with fighters. Hitler couldn't invade after that.

It didn't win the war but it was a remarkable period where Britain stood alone against superior numbers, it was a turning point in the war which was eventually won with the help of allies from all over the world. That would never have ben possible without Winston Churchill, a hero and a national treasure.

correct , you also input your fair share of drivel. I’m sure hitler had more on his plate than setting up german language classes , mid war, in the countries he successfully occupied. i’m sure it would have been high on his agenda if and when he’d have been successful in taking over the world.
