Oven power is off :-(

Just a quick question regarding our oven and warming tray, neither are working and the displays are off. The oven is connected to an unswitched cooker outlet and the warming trey is connected to a switched socket. The rco hasn't tripped so we're not sure what's causing the fault or how to fix it. Any help or advice would be appreciated

I don't think so. the oven is a NEFF B48FT78N0B Electric Steam Oven and the warming drawer is a warming drawer is a NEFF N90 N17HH10N0B. Just to note that both appliances stopped working at the same time

Nope. That is a separate cu only for my HiFi system. All switches on that cu are on

I have a gas hob with electric ignition and it is working. I have a second slightly smaller oven and it is working too. There is a cooker switch on the wall, the one on the left is for the faulty oven, and it is on.

Well - if everything is as it should be and both appliances haven't packed up at the same time, then you must have a disconnected wire - somewhere.

There was no work done in my house of any kind

That is a sensible conclusion but i have no idea where to start. it must be a disconnection that affects the two appliances. Any advice on how I could go about finding where the disconnection is? I have a multimeter.

Is that one socket we see in the picture ?

Then Test all kitchen sockets to find any others that don’t work.

First priority is to turn off the power to those two outles and confirm they are dead before proceeding.
After testing they are dead then check your meter on a known live source as proof it is working correctly.
The next step would be to remove the faceplates of the cooker switch and socket concerned to check the wiring behind them is secure.
Take one step at a time so you rule out obvious possibly causes.

Thanks, I'll give it a go. Sorry for the newbie questions but how do I test that they are dead? The oven display is off. Does it mean that it is dead?

All other kitchen sockets are working. The one on the picture is the fridge socket. I'll test the warmer socket as you suggested
