Be a very big club? Potentially yes, but it's been potentially for decades. Does everyone from Newcastle support Newcastle? Well not quite, think along the lines of Everton / Liverpool and it's similarish to Newcastle / Sunderland.

Newcastle and Sunderland are two very different geographical places with green fields between them, the likes of Celtic/Rangers or Liverpool/Everton are from the same place.

Thats nuts. I know the Glasgow teams have their problems. Down here we all get on with each other and are mates. Even with the Tottenham fans who really are a different breed from the rest.
