Some sort of ventilation

I've just blocked up either end of our car port, and put a doorway in from our garage.

I now have a room with just a door. I'd like to use this as a workshop, not work in there all day but a few hours here and there.

I've sorted out the insulation and am now looking at power and lighting, but do you think it is wise to have some sort of extractor in there too?

If so, what would you recommend. I'm happy to spend a few quid to get it right if needed?

Any advise would be appreciated.

Block for the sides, cladding/block/studwork (with insulation) for the 2 ends, pitched roof (with a ceiling (loft above).

This has now become a building have you checked Building Regs
It a material change of use under the B Regs, this means that it is potentially required to comply with quite a long list of regulations, although in reality probably only Part A and B are applicable, possibly Part L if the heating is a permanent fixture.
