Brexit Watered Down?

Because it's not fair

It's perfectly fair.

You voted for Johnson and his deal that included fishing in the trade negotiations, so you have already voted to say you agree the EUnshould have fishing access.

Hey, perhaps when we leave without a deal and it all goes tits up and the UK turns to ****, we can apply to rejoin as a 'poor' country? You know, one of those that takes out much more than they pay in and all they export is criminals.

There’s quite a few remoaners on here that THINK they know exactly how it’s going to turn out and they've been thinking that since 2016. I wonder what excuses they will give when all trade fails to cease on Jan 1st.

Oh what a surprise, Mottie is setting up his strawman argument early.

I wonder what excuses Mottie will come up with when UK leaving the Single Market means price rises.

Why does your name or any of the other losers, never appear on the members online list Notch? You are a fecking big member, thought you might be top of the list.

I voted to leave the EU thinking we'd end all ties with them. Boris delivered. I hope he delivers a no deal if he has to.

Well I didn’t think they would go down. I expect to pay more and if I do, I think it will be a price worth paying. Wait and see, you’ll be thanking us after a year or two for showing you the right way. (y)

Ha ha ha
Because the EU said they wanted to continue having access to UK fishing and Johnson signed the political agreement which stated EU to have same access as they have now.
You voted for Johnson and his deal, so you approve of EU having fishing access.

You're just making stuff up again, the political declaration actually says on fishing that both parties are obliged to employ their 'best endeavours' to reach an agreement on fishing rights, the EU negotiating position has been that the EU fishing countries insist on their historic rights of access, and have indeed threatened to close off the European market to UK fish if they don't get their way.
In recent days they've softened their stance slightly by offering us 15% of our own fish.

But here's the thing, if the negotiations result in no deal, as an independent coastal state, we would leave the EU common fisheries policy, access to British waters would be at our sole discretion and this is backed up by International law.

Good news, were starting to drop our demands on fishing further. Apparently we're down to 60%. But it's going to be stupid game playing until the last minute. I just hope Boris is capable of meeting a deadline for once in his life.

Well 60% is better than 0% or the revised offer of 15%, of course we'll come down some more, subject to what we get in return of course. As for playing up until the last minute, have the EU ever negotiated any other way?

Not what brexiteers started off saying...

Prices will go down and we'll be getting better deals and money back...

Amazing how the back peddling has increased as the end of the year approaches!

Wait and see, you’ll be thanking us after a year or two for showing you the right way.
And what will you be saying when it all goes pear shaped?

Oh that's right, it'll all be the fault of the EU/Remainers/the 'virus' etc etc...

Well then you are a bonehead

Why would you think the UK would end ties with its biggest most important trade partner and the closest.

Gee you really need to go back to the drawing board.

More likely we'd go back in but without our discount.
