The problem with gold at the moment is it is on a slide from record highs, give it a few weeks/months , then have a think. I sold a load at its highest, kerching, but if you do buy, you will pay over the odds anyway, unless you can get lucky at an auction buying old jewellery.

Of course they do but just like eBay do for the sellers on there. I hear too often people saying don’t support Amazon but they support millions of small sellers allowing them to use the platform to sell.

Nobody forces them to sell via Amazon?

Amazon are a bad company imo, the way they treat their workers and a fair few more things beside.

No but it’s a good platform and an easy way to get your products advertised. I am not talking about staff in the warehouses.

So is ebay, or play.com (or whatever they are called). So is making own webpage to sell...
The fact it's easy for people to sell with them doesn't take away the fact Amazon are bad company.. can't separate the two.

The average person probably doesn't look at where their order is coming from when ordering from Amazon. The fact that they have a marketplace isn't done out of the goodness of their heart - it's purely down to profit, as is the way they treat their staff.

You are telling people not to buy Amazon gift cards because you think all the money goes to Amazon. I was merely pointing out they support a hell of a lot of small businesses.
