I've been saying for many weeks on here the EU would give a small concession on fishing for Boris to sell to his gammon dinosaurs

Yes the EU do give a fook, they understand UK and EU trade will outlast Brexit gammon stupidity.

They know the children in govt won't be there for long.....and when adults are back in charge, the EU and UK will rebuild a closer relationship.

For that to have any legs, the EU would also have to have done so.

That the EU wanted anything AT ALL wrt fishing demonstrates that they considered it of value, or wanted to be awkward.
Otherwise, they wouldn't have bothered at all with it.

A mate of mine that used to work as a Eurobond dealer used to talk about the 'PIIGS' who were having trouble with their economies - I don’t pretend for one minute to know what he was on about. He said the group of countries that were known as the PIIGS were Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Greece and Spain.

Isn't Portugal where you work for 6 months and then have no job. You have to feed yourself for the next 6 months with what you earned in the first half.
