Was that the 2005 instance? The 2010 instance? Or maybe the 2015 or even the 2016 instance?
It's an offence to obstruct a railway under obscure legislation.
I think the 2016 instance, the man had been granted asylum in UK, but decided France was a better option. Unfortunately for him, charges were dropped, and he was returned to UK.
Eurotunnel were most displeased.
