    Arrested in France after walking across to France from the UK via the tunnel

    He has refused to explain his self to the french so is in custody to appear in court in February

    Blimey the Brexit deal was not that bad :confused:

    Was that the 2005 instance? The 2010 instance? Or maybe the 2015 or even the 2016 instance?
    It's an offence to obstruct a railway under obscure legislation.
    I think the 2016 instance, the man had been granted asylum in UK, but decided France was a better option. Unfortunately for him, charges were dropped, and he was returned to UK.
    Eurotunnel were most displeased.
