Hiya,

I used the straight coupler to joint an old pipe which is slightly small than the new one (22mm) ‍♂️. It has a slight leak on it. Is there any way that I could seal it without drain the system again and soldering it?

You should have used an imperial to metric conversion coupler 3/4 in to 22 mm. End feed or Yorkshire as you prefer.

Yes, i just notice that :(

Now i have to drain the central heating system again to fix the issue. However, is there anything out there that i could just glue or paste it on to stop the leak?

No. You have to drain out and do it properly !
