Easy enough, 90° bend and length of pipe maybe a couple of pipe clips.
If the pipe is rotten going through the cavity it will need replaced as well...if you are lucky it may twist out in one piece once disconnected from the sink.

Lucky for you it is push fit and looks to be 40mm, The only tools you will need is a saw to cut the new pipe to size, sandpaper to remove any burrs on the cut pipe and maybe a smear of washing up liquid to grease the push fit joints.

That pipes been attacked by something , the sun hasn't done that damage

Easy to change, however the bend goes into the wall and has been mortared over that will need hacking out and redoing to release the bend.

I would also looking at the damage at the top of the bend replace the section that goes through the wall too, just use the existing pieces as a guide to cut the new lengths.

Don't forget to use push fit pipe not solvent weld pipe as the latter is thicker and push fit fittings won't fit

I had a very similar rotting incident with grey plastic pipe- it had started to drip, twisted an elbow to remove it & the pipe and elbow pretty much crumbled to bits. It had been in place for min 25 years so not a bad innings
