That makes sense as they're technically from the dog family I think. So if there's regularly a band of 6 foxes visiting is his place out in the middle of a rural quiet spot?

yes he lives out in the sticks and go’s away quite a bit
I keep my cars there and keep an eye on the place he has been feeding them for a good while
There are also resident buzzards in an old quarry adjoining his land

It sounds a nice spot - there's probably owls as well at night
heard em not seen any
Deer come down quite a bit had one last year with 2 fawns dunno if that is unusual ?
also had some wild life bloke from the council up there due to slow worms which apparently are protected ?? And certain areas on the land cannot be disturbed ??

Didn't know slow worms were protected - I've got a feeling Deer are protected but am not certain
