So the new bill includes some new clauses

Defacing property: up to 10 years in jail. (chalk on walls or pavement is enough~)

Participating in a protest that disturbs one or more people: up to 10 years in jail (true even if it's a one-person protest).

So next time some new developer submits a proposal which the local residens object to - you could be facing 10 years if prosecuted. You might as well beat the developer up as assualt carries a maximum sentence of 5 years.

The whole aim of this bill is to stop dissent. All those shouting about their freedoms being curtailed because they have to wear a mask are turning a blind eye to the actual harm being done.

Not far away from an 'elected' dictatorship now...

But sadly the sheeple will do nothing...

Because a large part of the population has been dumbed down!

Have an issue with a client and protest by parking outside their propery to cause nuisance - the fact you could cause nuisance to one other person is enough to charge you with an offence.

This is how they will curtail protest and dissent. There are many protests I disagree with but in a free and democratic nation they should have every right to protest without fear of draconian laws, because one day you might one to protest over something that is important to you but your voice is muzzled.

Did we learn nothing from history?

History is being rewritten!

"The bill also has a specific section on one-person protests, which can also be subject to restrictions by police, based on the noise level, route, disruption etc. It gives the home secretary, Priti Patel, powers to create laws, without parliamentary approval, to define “serious disruption” to communities and organisations, which police can then rely on to impose conditions on protests."

A further example of rule by decree, and another example of an enabling act...

She ain't known as priti nazi for nothing!

Sure you can protest on your own, but let loose a fart and it could be a 10 year prison sentence if loud enough!

I did ask you for those shortages & rocketing prices examples though. Or an admission of being wrong.

I gave up trying to keep up with your never ending redefining the question until you get the answer that you want.
And I thought you were ignoring me. Did you run out of people to insult?

That's a shame my boy likes going outside our house and drawing chalk on the pavement, we literally done it over the weekend, he generally likes to draw diggers and emergency vehicles, and my neighbours think it's sweet.

It washes off as soon a sit rains though.

Can't believe I've turned my son into a criminal

Is there 2 Notches on here? Someone with a different name keeps answering to posts directed at Notch.
