Rear extension and roof extension

Hi all ,
I would love to learn how to do a read extension and roof extension. I love to learn and I have a passion for building .

BUT

At the moment Its me and YouTube.

Would anyone have any recommendations on how to obtain say volunteer positions where I could learn These skills ?

Free labour? Try local building contractors im sure someone would take you along.
No site work though as you need tickets to go onsite.

You tube and common sense is fine if you're willing to give things a go.

Best Bricky (Stu Cromption) and Rodian Builds were the two channels I used before doing mine. And I asked ALOT of questions on here :)
 
You could look for a small builder who is doing extensions and the like, but the problem is that inexperienced people are a liability on site and may well get in the way even if trying to help for free.

Loyola no not me mate , I hVe it in .you blood . I loathe not being able to do DIY stuff and I grew up in a dirty house where hardly anything worked properly . So I'm determined to li e in a nice house where things actually goe damp working properly and look nice and all that .

I just don't have huge amounts of money but I do have time and energy .

I work in football so most of my works in the evenings
