Main Eco Compact pre heat water temp questions

I have recently had a Main Eco Compact 30w after my Vaillant ecotec 837 plus failed after 11 years.
My combi and main sink tap are at total opposite sides off the house so when I draw hot water it takes an absolute age to get from A to B.

I've altered the flow of the water but it's the same. My water can be like warm for over 2 minutes plus before it gets to hot which is you can put your hand under it but it can be uncomfortable.
I'm scabby eyed going over the manual but I can't see anything regarding pre heat so I'm not sure on that.

What is the max temp you can set the water to on the combi ?. When I spin the dial it says 60. With my Vaillant I would aim for 62-63 in winter and lower it when needed if too hot in the summer.
I use a timer thermostat ESRTP4RF+ for the heating so can anyone give me any tips as the manual is very sparce to say the least.

Can anyone please tell me what's the maximum I can set the hit water 2 on the boiler ?.
When I spin the dial on full it says 60. I'm wondering what I can do to improve how long it takes the hot water to be hot at the tap.

With the Vaillant there was a delay before hot water came through but nothing like the timescale the Baxi Eco Compact takes.

We're talking I can fill up a sink full of water before it gets hot and then it's never fully hot.

I read the manual it says the boiler can be set to a max temp of 80 for the water but like j previously said the dial will only go to a maximum 60 when on full.

Perhaps the 80 is maximum on heating. Haven’t seen any Combi go past 65 for hot water delivery (and even then that’s not the delivered output - Combi’s are only capable of a certain heat rise off the incoming cold water supply, so if the cold in is 10 degrees, and the boiler can deliver at a 40 degree rises this will be approx 50 degrees at the hot outlet, even less the further not has to travel.

Are your hot water pipes insulated?

According to manual hot water 35c to 60c, heating is 25c to 80c, i also have the same boiler, no preheat.

Bit naughty if it maxes at 60, the legionella flush I have to do at my old (rented out) house in void weeks specifies 65 at the tap...

EDIT Just checked the form again, says 50 (55 for healthcare settings). Soz for causing any alarm

I'm looking at swapping out the boiler as it was a total oversight. I only had a small budget at the time and I didn't think not having the pre-heat would be such a huge issue but it is. When winter comes this will only get worse.

Help needed:
Does anyone have any suggestions as to which would be a decent combi to buy with pre-heat (pre-heat timer would be an added bonus) for a 3 bed detached.
Are the better model Baxi's any good ? I was just thinking pipework and flu. Any help with choosing a decent pre-heat would be great

Intergas. Options for all budgets there - the Rapid/Rapid Plus 32 (actually 33kW) if you're looking for relatively cheap again, or the Xclusive 36 for better modulation and more modern styling. Remember you dropped power as well as losing the preheat with the Main, so a double hit. Both are compatible with OpenTherm controls for more efficient heating.

Legionella is only an issue if the water is stored, your combi doesn't store any hot water, it is produced on demand from the cold mains.

Pipes are in the same order but spacing may be a little different. Look for OpenTherm programmers. Salus or EPH for cheap, Honeywell T6 if you want app control
