On small nuts and bolts i've tried putting two nuts on to stop first unwinding. But still unwinds on my reel. They're too small to get the bits of rubber in them to stop unwinding (forget name of those particular nuts). How can I prevent them unwinding?

A handle on fridge door came out (I'm holding original screw)so I put in a longer or fatter screw. Is there anything i coukd screw into on side of fridge door? E.g electrics

it sounds like you mean nyloc nuts. with a blue plastic insert?

do you know what size the screws are? looks like might be M4

you can get nylocks in small sizes, but they won't be in the high street

there is another type of locking nut with a slit in it, don't know its name.

Also Binx.

See if you can get flange nuts which have a wider bearing on the material.

you could also use locking washers

A threadlock "glue" is usually sufficient.
