Is it just me that finds it ironic that the proudest of proud anti-covid vaxxer on this forum, Ellal, is always banging on about those that are suffering or dying because of the lack of beds or doctors treating other complaints because of, in their words, the 'virus'?

Ellal luv, YOU and your ilk are the ****ing problem!

It would not happen in the UK, but the simple fix is to deny the anti-vaxxers any medical air for what is after all a self inflicted issue. Fair enough, those who become ill from covid who need treatment, where they were not able to have the jabs, but only for valid medical reasons.

You and mottie ought to have a thicko love in

Personally I'd refuse medical care to you couple of stupidos, but then that's just my view :)

The anthropic principle is the principle that there is a restrictive lower bound on how statistically probable our observations of the universe are, given that we could only exist in the particular type of universe capable of developing and sustaining sentient life.
Go on, admit you googled that.

True but it's something I came across rather a long time ago that has it's interesting aspects. I did work with a physicist and he pointed out that it makes more sense than many other theories. It came up due to some conversations about relativity and the expanding universe; I used to take a magazine related to astronomy who over several editions and may pages went through the first nanoseconds at the birth of the universe.

LOL Here's another one that relates. That cropped up in the conversation too - from me.

Olbers' paradox, in cosmology, paradox relating to the problem of why the sky is dark at night. If the universe is endless and uniformly populated with luminous stars, then every line of sight must eventually terminate at the surface of a star.

I'm sure you know the answer to that one.

What, you mean like the Milky Way? Not really a paradox, you just need to look up on a clear and dark night!

Flux explains it. A star's apparent brightness (its flux) decreases with the square of the distance.

Anyway, the universe is not uniformly populated.

I do know the official reason yes. However. There used to be an astronomer who spent all of his time examining factors that do not fit in with an expanding universe. One of Hubble's brightest students. His grant was revoked years ago now.

There are / have been physicists who feel that the behaviour of light with distance should be studied more. Bit of a problem though as the distances needed are truly enormous. One of them mentioned a certain laser test system that might due to it's length show something.

Then changes in the theory. Measurements show that something is wrong so up pops dark matter, invented to explain things.

The company i work for has a new COVID policy - anybody taking time off sick with COVID that has not been vaccinated, without medical reason, will only get ssp.
Just phone in with the flu. Are you and your employer really this stupid . To be fair I think you just made the biggest load of nonsense up that i’ve seen on here so far. What if your off with covid but been vaccinated? I suppose you expect us to believe you get paid double or they take wages from the unvaccinated to pay the vaccinated ill? ffs
