Would be statutory redundancy unless they wanted mass claims for unfair dismissal. Management could argue reasonable request angle. So by no means would it be a slam dunk case.Re. the proposed sacking of unvaccinated NHS workers: What kind of termination of employment will they be given? Are they to be made redundant with a payout and notice period; or are they to be instantly dismissed with no recompense as if they had committed a regualr sacking offence?
