When was the last time you bumped into someone you went to school with?

just about every single day and will be in the pub with around a dozen of them in there in the next hour and i left school over 40 years ago

Twice today. Once in the week. Often during the year.

A guy who I went to school with came into my work one day, I hadn't seen him for at least 35 years.
Within five minutes he was telling me that he was into (I can't remember what he called it) but the jist of it is that he was going to peoples' houses and having sex with the lady of the house while the husband was there going about his business. This seemed to be a regular thing with several participants.
I thought it was weird that he wanted to share that with me.

I've bumped into people I knew from School or my Town
Bondi beach x 2
Qld x 2
Sydney
Kathmandu
Kowloon
Vegas
Bangkok
Koh Samui
Ko Pha-ngan
Late district
Gran Canary

Dic the husband know what was going on?

Not school but college, guy was on same C&G course in the 70s, in 95 he turned up at the factory I was maintenance spark in to do the PAT, that weekend we were at the theatre and he and his wife were sat behind us, never seen him since

My Bro-in-Law was in my class at school.

I went to a dentists once and thought I recognised the dentist from my old school. I told him so. He looked at me and said, "Go on, give me a clue, what did you teach?" Bloody cheek........;)

Don't mean to get too deep and meaningful, and I also appreciate it's probably a good job we don't know (the following) for a number of reasons. But I'll type it anyway ...

I sometimes think it would be good to know when you see someone (e.g. family member, friend, work colleague etc) if it's the last time you are going to see them, ever. In the context of this thread, schoolfriends.

I used to drink with a few mates from school. Gradually, that stopped happening. Little did I know around 30 years ago when I walked out pub x it would be the last time I'd see schoolfriend y. Otherwise instead of just saying 'catch you later' I could have added whatever to the rather bland default goodbye.

As I say though, it's probably more heathy that we don't know this.

Met a lad I went to school with in the 70's 6 years later.

The year I left school, I went to Majorca with a school mate.

But my secondary education was not in my local area.

Other than that, no.
