Carrying out a citizens arrest at several arms length of someone that stunk of dogs.
I would probably be arrested (wrongly) for refusing to give my information and ID when I have done nothing wrong
When younger I'd been stopped by the police a few times whilst driving. I have no problem givving my details as they are only doing their job but
the officers were nice and polite and explained reason why they stopped me. I guess if they were p/takers then I too would be hesistant to give info

So was I, on Picc Station in Manchester at the beginning of lockdown in 2020. They were a bit happier when I pulled out a letter from work which stated that I was on essential work at the time, although it didn't stop the b'stards going through my backpack and pull-along box and having almost everything out. With having a good part of my hand tool kit in there they must have thought they'd apprehended Sweeney Todd.... (I am a carpenter and my kit comprises a lot of sharp, pointy, slashy, stabby, cutty toolsI was stopped by an armed response police unit
