the humantarian does not seem to understand what has occurred :ROFLMAO:

or what is happening

It's best practice to not engage it in discussion.

I'm led to believe that when it gets frustrated that the internets doesn't quite go its way, it's many cats have to scatter & hide !

A Russian brigade commander was run over by his own troops amid anger at mounting losses in Ukraine, according to western intelligence.

Colonel Yury Medvedev was mown down by a Russian tank, it is claimed. He is thought to command Russia’s 37th Motor Rifle Brigade, which has been fighting on the outskirts of Kyiv. The western official said: “We believe he was run over by his own troops.”

FT.com says that

"The ground war in Ukraine, however, has exposed the limitations of Russia’s modernised military. As many as 15,000 troops have died in battle and 20 to 60 percent of its precision-guided missiles have failed, western officials have said. Ukraine claims it has killed 15 senior Russian commanders, including seven generals, an indictment of Moscow’s failure to build an effective officer corps."

“The Kremlin is scared of its own officers, so they try to run the war from the command centre on Skype,” Luzin said. “The generals can see what’s going on but they have to carry out the orders they get from there and lie to their command that everything’s not so bad. So they get unfulfillable orders, run to the front, direct every tank with their hands, and they get killed.”

I have also heard that the design, manufacture and reconditioning of tanks and heavy weapons is staffed with men around retirement age, because young engineers don't want to work there, and that a large proportion of the "reserve" stock is unservicable, having been stripped down for repair or cannibalised for parts. Since the war against Ukraine was planned by Putin's tiny inner circle, military planning and logistics were not involved and were taken by surprise, unprepared.

As far as I know it has been verified as true. Speaks to just how bad morale is among the Russians.

might have been a simple traffic accident.

Officers who have 50% casualties are prone to such things.

This talk of Ukrainians rolling over and giving up anything to the Russians after what they have done is sickening to me. Let's not be kidded, this entire invasion has been an utter disaster for Russia, they've lost thousands of soldiers, hundreds of tanks, their country is a pariah and heading for economic ruin, China has chosen the wrong side and Putin has been reduced to an isolated despot.

Ukraine should give up nothing and to give up anything signals to the Russians and Chinese that this strategy of boldly opposing NATO works and that they can act with impunity. This war is much bigger than Ukraine, this war is the potential tipping point of global power from West to East and we need to be hyper-aware of this.
The problem is that the West is passing into history.
A new world order is emerging.
The British have managed their decline in a sensible way.
The Americans don't seem to be able to accept the inevitable consequences of their behaviour.
The EU is a new wannabe world superpower but it is a fur coat /no knickers sham.
It has no natural resources to support its ambitions and has to rely on gas from Russia, soon to be replaced by gas from America, which means it will always be at the mercy of one cutthroat or the other.
Russia should be a European ally, it was Britains ally in both world wars.
Now due to EU/Nato expansionism, Russia is now pivoting closer to China.

Fixed that for for you.
Felix light i believe is employed by the Moscow Times and not the Times as you erroneously stated in your post.
The Moscow Times being a pro Western outlet not based in Moscow as the title would suggest but actually in the Netherlands.

, when they've opened humanitarian corridors and then immediately targeted them, when they've targeted buildings they know for a fact are acting as civilian bomb shelters.
You don't have any evidence for that do you.

Biden keeps on making comments that have to be clarified o_O so as people actually understand what he means
How are others to know what he means, when Biden himself doesn't know what he means

The Russians have lost 7 generals

Kia ???

some suggest that the Russian army is that badly organised that these generals have had to go to the front line in order to try and sort it ???

hence the high casualty rate ?????
