Replacement Glass Composite Door

Somehow one of the internal panes in my IG composite door has shattered. As it is double glazed, the front, outside facing pane is still there so the house is secure.

I have tried to remove the beading but I am getting stuck wherever there is a circular marking on the beading.
Does anyone know the best way to remove the beading without damaging it? Usually, it just pops off even if it has some silicone on it but it is almost as though these circular areas have got something going through into the door. I don’t really want to drill them out and damage the beading.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You will probably need to prise each one of those circles out to find the screws holding it on beneath. Haven't see one like that for a while, used to be Portal doors that did those types of cassettes commonly...never seen them on IG doors before

Thanks guys, any ideas on what I should use to prize them out. They are slightly, very slightly rubbery. What I mean is if I prod with a knife, there is a little bit of give, minimal where as the bezel is rock solid. It looks like once I get them out, they won’t go back in nicely, so I will have to try and find something to replace them with.

Try something thin and pointy like the tip of a Stanley blade.

Hello, quick update. I used a carpenters awl, it got them out, they are all damaged though so maybe I can re-fill with some sealant if I am careful.

So glad to have the beading off as now I can measure the pane and get a new pane made up.

Stuff a bit of tissue paper in to protect the screw heads and smooth over with some decorators caulk and paint over once dry
