Among the interests declared late by Sir Keir was an £18,450 advance from publisher HarperCollins in April for a book he is writing.
I cannot imagine that will turn out to be a good investment. Could there be a more dull read?

Declared late appears to be the problem not avoidance.

Then comes this
Sir Keir also raised another instance of the sale of a plot of land that exceeded the £100,000 threshold for registration to the House authorities.
She said that although he said "he was waiting for the sale to complete so he could register the correct value", she decided to include it in her report.

Trolls don't read awkward details!
I read the awkward details of that post when you said "I am done with this website in the same way I am done with this country". You also said "After this post I will be deleting my account" yet you are still clearly not done with this country and you are clearly still on this website.

What detail did I misunderstand about that?

I don't support either, but I can imagine the press and media frenzy if it had been Boris, ahem; 'being slightly late' on declaring freebie goody bags and land deals.

Frenzy? The right wing press would have ignored it, or done their famous "move along, nothing to see here" act. But then Boris has never done anything even remotely dodgy, has he? <sarcasm off>
