Where you squeezed the skin so hard that blood formed behind the skin, like if you nip yourself with a pair of pliers, a blood blister. Having said that, I've no idea at all what it has to do with black men.

One thing that I find peculiar was the description of suspects by the police.
They had coon, *** (western oriental gentleman) and uw (unconventional white).
This last one is the most racist imo.
It lived with the presumption that all white people are good and anyone stepping out of line was "unconventional"

I did 'stuff', like anyone else growing up but not to the extent of bullying people i considered friends.

'Bullying' is a strong word, I didn't do anything that friends didn't do to me in return, banter if you like. Looking back, there were bullies and they weren't very nice people, maybe it's defined by their intentions, to cause distress or anxiety?

I suppose it is, and the act would be taken in like manner by whoever was involved, but our school took a different approach and anyone seen doing that would've been called out for it.
