No. I have no proof we had a foreign power rule us while we were in the EU, or even was likely to.

Choosing our Mp, and then collectively a Government. No foreign countries were on my ballot papers

It was our EU, we helped create it, we were a founding member, we had a great deal of influence.

So it wasn’t a foreign power ruling us.
