Some people have openly defended and supported Kier Starmer, regardless of his ethics, morals and approach to law.

Some people have said if he has comitted an offence then he should be investigated and dealt with accordingly.

That isn't the same thing at all.

Has he been fined or found guilty? Boris has. You are just trying to make 2 wrongs equal right, and getting it wrong. Badly wrong.

You have admitted previously you didn't care about morals or ethics if Boris was in power.

Did KS get an FPN?

He should have done. If it was as innocent as you claim, why did Labour spend week/months? denying Angela Rayner attended. They (Labour) also strenuously denied that Joy Allen, the Durham Police and Crime Commissioner was there, maybe she was, maybe she wasn't. we'll never know.

So why do you think he wasn't fined?

Are there more pages to that letter? I'd be interested to read them.

EDIT: I've found the second page.

different constabulary. They may have also taken more thorough legal advice than the Met or simply didn't think it was worth it. Starmer had two advantages. He didn't make the law, so any holes would not point to him, he's also a lawyer and said he'd fight it. The whole idea of these covid laws was to allow Plod to break up illegal gatherings in the interest of public health. There were as many cases of them getting it wrong as getting it right. It wouldn't have taken a very skilful lawyer to get BJ off, but it would have looked bad opinion wise.

A final reminder that a FPN is an alternative to prosecution. Nobody is found guilty, only a court can do that.

I see no difference in the Mens Rea between the two.

We know you see no difference, and like filly you are trying to make Boris innocent by saying Keir is guilty.

The truth is, there are big differences, and the Tories (Government) have enough power to bring a prosecution or a fine if there were enough grounds. And you know that.

Boris is guilty. But you know that too.

which court found him guilty?

@fillyboy

Do you have any evidence that Johnson did NOT lie to Parliament?

Or are you just trying to throw up a diversion?
