Israel under attack

That ship has sailed, these injustices are baked in - we can all hope for the ideal solution but the reality is there will be no right of return.
Then there is no Palestinian state.
How can you have a Palestinian state without Palestinians.

Are you not reading my comments?
Just blasting away with your own comments?

I do think you're not reading what I'm saying:

if you look at the 2017 charter, you will see that Palestine is very happy to co-exist with the Israelis, except they won't recognise them as Israelis, because they refuse to recognise the state of Israel, but they welcome Jews in co-existence.

They also resist what they call the Zionists who want to eradicate Palestinians.

And in contrast, Israel will co-exist with Palestinans, except they'll legally operate apartheid.

All thanks to the UK and Balfour and the UN for failing miserably to enforce sufficent rules in separating Palestine and failing to sufficiently consider the Palestinians.
It's been well and truly left to the individual factions to fight it out among themselves.
My comments are based on the best we can ascertain is the 2017 Hamas Charter.

Then present the evidence.
Oh I forgot, the dog ate your homework. :ROFLMAO:
In which case it's not a statement of fact. it's a fuzzy and incorrect recollection of yours.

It's on the thread that was deleted because of your madness. Just because it was deleted doesn't mean you didn't say it.

You literally did say that the Israelis deserved it, sailing very close to the wind legally which is probably why you took steps to have the thread deleted, it certainly wouldn't be the first time. I believe your comments about 'forum etiquette' were on the same thread which you also deny.

You really do have a problem and you really should seek help, I mean that in a kind way.

My comments are based on the best we can ascertain is the 2017 Hamas Charter.
Which is where we started, and you questioned whether it was genuine. It is contradictory.

From the 2017 charter, which I believe is genuine,

The Land of Palestine:

2. Palestine, which extends from the River Jordan in the east to the Mediterranean in the west and from Ras Al-Naqurah in the north to Umm Al-Rashrash in the south, is an integral territorial unit. It is the land and the home of the Palestinian people. The expulsion and banishment of the Palestinian people from their land and the establishment of the Zionist entity therein do not annul the right of the Palestinian people to their entire land and do not entrench any rights therein for the usurping Zionist entity.

The Palestinian Political System:

27. A real state of Palestine is a state that has been liberated. There is no alternative to a fully sovereign Palestinian State on the entire national Palestinian soil, with Jerusalem as its capital.

That Hamas have dug hundreds of miles (?) of tunnels under Gaza ??

Things have no doubt moved on with the tech ?

But the American army never really got to grips with the tunnel system the Vietnamese dug and used to great effect ? In that war ??

Slow down, stop trying to bombard me with multiple posts at the same time. it just gets us both dealing with different issues, and creates an impossible situation for any reader to follow.

Dealing with your earlier post first:
You first link is a US intelligence document parading as a Hamas Media Office. Such is the risk and extent of misinformation. It can not only dismissed, it should be condemned.

The second link to Wikipedia, barely touches on the 2017 Charter, and as you say refers to the Middle East Eye.
Which is exactly the same as your third link.
So as I said, you have presented two versions of the same website. That's why they're both the same.
You have not presented two different sources of your information. That's why they're the same.
Middle East Eye a London based website operated by English reporters, and as such is subject to the limitations of the UK reporting restrictions.

Himmie will never admit it, he never does

No wonder you can bombard me with comments, it's not a discussion, it's just you blasting away with your comments.
Read what I wrote hours ago, and have repeatedi it since:

Palestinians are quite correct, back in 1947, the UN approved a resolution that would now be considered as a war crime, i.e the forced relocation of a whole indigenous population.

We witnessed that first hand last night. (y)
When you and Notch couldn't think of a reaon why Israel would frequently destroy a solar panel array on top of industrial buildings that were providing employment for 1000's, that weren't embedded in the civilian population (so where did the workers live? ), that weren't being used by Hamas. :ROFLMAO:
As Hamas weren't using the facilities, we must assume it was gratuitous destruction by Israel, to terrorise the Palestinians.
